We are unable to process order exchanges on our Marketplace; we can only assist with returns.

If you would like to exchange your order, we recommend returning the unwanted item(s). If the vendor is still available on the Marketplace, you can then make a new, separate purchase for your desired item(s), such as a different size or color.

Please see "What is the return policy?" to return any items from your order.
