While our product assortments change often, our policy remains consistent year after year.
Items can be returned after 7 days of confirmed delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Each pre-paid return label incurs a $9.99 return shipping fee per brand. Please keep in mind that we do not provide product exchanges.

- After submitting the form, you must choose whether to receive a QR code or a prepaid shipping label to print

There are some common exceptions, such as health and hygiene items, perishables, and all custom or personalized products made for you. These products are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange. This is noted on the respective product pages

Due to the weight of specific products from some of our vendors, our marketplace is unable to facilitate return requests for these items. As such, we are unable to provide a prepaid return label or a QR code. However, rest assured that the vendor will be more than willing to assist you directly with your return request.
