What if I don't have a printer?Updated a year ago
If you don't have a printer at home, we recommend enlisting the assistance of a friend or family member to print the label for you. We also recommend going to your local library or a stationery store, such as Staples, which will often provide you with printing services.
- To Print a Label at USPS:
- They will scan the ID of the label and print the shipping label at the counter.
- To Print a Label at the Library:
- You can send your documents via email to the printers; this allows you to print documents from your personal device and then pick them up later at your convenience.
- To Print a Label at Staples:
- Step 2: Select “Print,” then “Email” on any 3one of their in-store self-serve machine's touch screens.
- Use a QR Code:
- Based on your location, a QR code will be provided so that you can drop off your return using your smartphone at a participating USPS location.
- Please keep in mind that a QR code can only be generated on the same day as your return request.
- Skip the Return:
- You can keep the order to regift or donate, and we'll give you a $15 off coupon code to use on a future order.
- Please keep in mind that this code is valid for three months.
