Due to the weight of certain products from select vendors, our marketplace is currently unable to accommodate return requests for these items. Consequently, we are unable to issue a prepaid return label or provide a QR code. 

However, we want to assure you that the vendor is readily available and more than willing to assist you directly with your return needs. They will provide you with their return policy, which may differ from ours.
