No Movement On My Tracking?Updated a month ago

The tracking information may not indicate any movement even if your package is in transit because carriers do not always scan packages upon pickup.

If it has been at least 7 business days since the tracking information was last updated, please contact us. We want to assure you that we will work diligently to address your concern and provide a satisfactory resolution.
