My shipment shows cancelledUpdated a month ago

Typically, this happens before your order is shipped and the shipping labels are handed over to the carrier. The vendor is responsible for printing the labels, but if an error occurs with the package, such as an incorrect weight or service type, before it's received by the carrier, the vendor may need to cancel the label and create a new one.

To submit a claim on your behalf to the vendor, please contact us:

  • Submit a request through our Contact Form
    • Click "Report Issue" from the same page
