I received only one item, but my order had multiple items.Updated 7 months ago

Kindly take note that we operate as a curated marketplace, offering you the privilege of purchasing products from various brands in a single order. 

Every brand included in your purchase will ship their products separately, and you will receive specific tracking information for each brand. Therefore, if you order items from three different brands, you'll receive three shipping confirmations and three separate packages.

Alternatively, you can use our "Track and manage my orders" feature through our Chat function located at the bottom left-hand side of our website. This feature enables you to view your order status, tracking number, and shipping information.
